Michael Ray Pope is wanted by our department for Aggravated Assault, Domestic Violence, Reckless Endangerment, and 3cts Kidnapping. On Dec. 7th, 2007, he arrived at a residence in Mountain City & pointed a gun at his brother & assaulted another victim. During the incident, Pope took one of the victims & forced her into his car along with two small children. Pope attempted to drive away as the victim was trying to take the children from the car, dragging the victim with the car. The children were recovered & Pope fled the scene. |
